The Information Technology Support and Training team designs and implements e-learning modules, and provides support and training for 600 end users on core technology applications including customer relationship management software, knowledge management tools and video conferencing technology.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Train and support individuals and groups of users on technology applications (Adobe Connect, Salesforce and others), in face-to-face and virtual interaction
• Administer Virtual Meeting Platforms and CRM
• Organize and set up high-level virtual meetings involving internal and external audiences
• Create and use e-learning technology tools and learning management systems
• Support usage of collaboration tools
• Provide first-level user support on applications (Adobe Connect/Salesforce)
• Design and create interactive online learning programmes
Competenze ed esperienze richieste
Qualifications and Skills
• University degree in information or education technology, or another related field
• Up to 3 years of experience providing software support and training in a fast-paced environment
• Up to date with technological advances in information technology, mobile learning design and training techniques
• Able to use video capture, video editing and video production software
• Capable of researching, evaluating and implementing new solutions related to user support and training
• Team player, able to multitask, detail- and process-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• IT skills: familiarity with cloud technology, Adobe Connect, Salesforce Administrator, and Excel are essential; knowledge of LMS, Adobe Captivate or similar Authoring tool would be an advantage
• Fluency in English; French would be an asset
