Elemental Technologies, an AWS Company,  is the leading supplier of software-defined video solutions for multiscreen content delivery.  We are looking for an eLearning Video Designer to create learning solutions for various technical audiences.  In this position, you will demonstrate a technical curiosity and passion in building powerful e-learning solutions to help us achieve our goal of becoming the market leader and most respected brand in the video processing space.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with various technical stakeholders to assess learning needs and create appropriate digital and eLearning solutions
  • Research and evaluate emerging instructional technology tools and provide recommendations for eLearning solutions
  • Model effective instructional technology design practices to support eLearning course development
  • Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention
  • Create eLearning materials and media (audio, videos, simulations)

In the first 3-6 months, you will:

  • Create instructional design eLearning templates, standards, and assessment criteria
  • Develop thirty eLearning modules
  • Work with LMS administrator to integrate eLearning modules into LMS
  • Implement and evaluate eLearning content and recommend updates based on learner feedback

This position might be for you if you have:

  • Five or more years of eLearning experience
  • Creative multimedia skills with various tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, Adobe Premiere suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ADDIE ISD principles
  • Designed highly-technical eLearning materials
  • Worked with SCORM and Learning Management Systems
  • Technical curiosity about how things work

Extra credit includes experience with:

  • Video broadcast experience
  • Experience working with a Fortune 100 customer base
  • A BS in a technical or education based field
